Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from order date. Orders placed by 12:00 pm PST Monday through Friday, are usually shipped the same day. We are closed Saturdays, Sundays and major US Holidays. All items ordered will be shipped together. If an item on your order becomes unavailable or is out of stock you will be notified via email prior to shipping the rest of your order. Once your order is processed for shipping you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over a certain amount to all US addresses by USPS Priority. Threshold amount for Free Standard Shipping is displayed on all products and in your cart. If your order falls below the threshold amount specified you will be charged $9 for our Flat Rate Shipping. If you would like expedited shipping we offer other services via UPS. You will be able to select your shipping preference at checkout.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is processed for shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. (NB: Sometimes this email gets rerouted to your spam/junk folder, so please check there if you do not see it in your main inbox) You can also track your order through order history by logging into your account (if you created one).
If you do not receive your order by the estimated delivery date indicated in the tracking information please contact us no later than 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

Currently we ship to Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, and Germany. Rates are available during checkout. All duties and fees are paid by customer.

We offer Free Returns to our US customers/addresses ONLY. This offer is not valid outside of US.

Returned products must be in the same condition you received them.

I have several other pairs of the cord penny legging, purchased in S. This pair, in a fine dark green color, was ordered in XS, my usual size. Both work although the fact that XCVI pants don't shrink and do stretch a bit (all good!) means the XS is just right. The fabric is perfect for most conditions outside of extremes, and the fit is flattering, can be dressed up or down. I really appreciate the wide waistband and front pockets!

My second Cord Penny legging, these are so comfy to wear. Purchased Sand to style with Paige ponchos in sand and white. Great with booties for a put together awesomely comfy outfit. Pockets are deep so I can add phone and key when wearing with sneakers walking the dog. Pin cord fabric 3 seasons weight , rouching design stands out as special. At 5’ these land right at my ankle so any flat or heel works fine. So, shorties, don’t hesitate no hemming needed. Love them

I have a pair of these pants from many years ago in a thinner cotton fabric. When I saw them now in a stretchy micro cord, I had to give them a try. They are awesome and improved in every possible way. The stretch cord in combination with the ribbing panels makes the WHOLE pant stretchy. Before, the ribbed panels carried that load. The wider waistband is also nicer than generations past and the color (Java) is just a solid staple. I'm so happy with these!! I'm 5'6", 135 lbs. Medium fit perfectly.

These cords are sooo comfortable! Love the high waist - helps to keep them up given all the stretch. Only complaint is the white is see-through; it really doesn’t help that there’s about a 1 inch cotton/stretch panel in the crotch area that is very thin/see-through (see pic).
